Getting Feedback

Leverage on collective wisdom to go farther and faster in life.

I read that a major newspaper has been calling people to get a quote for an obituary on Steve Job, Apple’s boss. In case you do not know, Steve is still alive.

That got me thinking. In a way, it is sad that only after a person is dead, his friends will start to prepare their eulogies about him.

At funerals, I often hear people saying all the good things about the deceased. I wonder, Shouldn’t we compliment the person while he is alive – and not when he is lying in the coffin?

On the other hand, Shouldn’t we tell the person what he has done wrong before it is too late?

To all my friends, please share honestly with me – even if it is blunt – so that I can improve and be a better person.

I need collective wisdom to go farther and faster in life.

I hope this message will find a place in your heart.

Life is FUNtastic!

Question: How can we solicit honest and fair feedback so that we can improve?
