Leadership Succession

As the winner of the Asia Responsible Entrepreneurship Award for investing in people, we believe that every great organisation is led by great leaders together with great teams.

Our business model is therefore based on a ‘leader build leaders who will then go on to build more and better leaders’ momentum.

The quality of our organisation is a function of the quality of our leadership.

Based on this belief, the first step to leadership succession and renewal is that we must aim to become great leaders.

The litmus test of our leadership is our ability to build not just width but also depth of leaders in our organisation.

We believe the more we develop others, the more we develop ourselves; and the more leaders we develop, the better leaders we will become.

Our leadership development programme is not just the function of an HR specialist or department but an integral part of every leader.

All our key managers are involved in runnng more than 25 proprietary courses, totaling more than 500 man-days of ISO-certified trainings per year so as to help produce a continuous flow of leaders.

Our on-the-job training is based on a ‘I Do – We Do – You Do’ system.

At the heart of our ongoing organizational renewal is the belief that ‘If we don’t have a heart to love and serve our people, we don’t qualify to be a leader of leaders.’
