This article reinforced what we have been told repeatedly.

Many jobs, including lawyers, financial analysts, administrators, and even artists and musicians will be replaced in the near future by robots and artificial intelligence.

I trust that you’ll push yourself to start following the growth journey (see image) that we have developed for you to become an entrepreneur and an investor.

Step 1: Reach out to customers and the marketplace.

Learn to talk to prospects and customers, win their hearts and minds, and earn their trust, respect, affection and loyalty.

Step 2: Farmer – Learn to sell products and services.

Volunteer to sell products and services to prospects and customers, and value-add to their lives and endeavors.

Step 3: Farmer – Learn to run a mini business.

Volunteer to run a small business within the company, and contribute to profit, advantage and growth.

Step 4: Hunter – Go out to the marketplace and develop a business.

Build a business, and help the company to achieve strong, stable, secure and sustainable growth.

Step 5: Be an entrepreneur and an investor, and combine their knowledge, skills, attitudes and habits (KASH) to become an Investpreneur/Entrevestor.

An Investpreneur/Entrevestor
cannot be displaced, devalued, disintermediated, disrupted, or decimated.

To all employees and self-employed professionals, you have been forewarned.

Start changing from now.
