Iceland is a small country with a population of about 350,000 people.

Its population is similar to Ang Mo Kio in Singapore, Riverside in California, and Coventry in England.

Yet, it has produced world-class athletes in different sports and won multiple Olympic medals.

Most recently, it beat Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Canada, and performed well in Group D of the FIFA World Cup.

What can we learn from Iceland?

Success is not about the size of your organization, but the strength of your organization’s commitment, discipline and action.

It’s not about the cold responses from people around you, but about how fiery is your passion to succeed.

It’s not about the number of people in your team, but the number of times you practice and fail, and pick yourself up to reach a new peak of excellence.

Iceland showed us that nothing can in our way.

We can stand out from the crowd and lead the field.
