People First Design
A friend sent me an image about “People First Design – a Day in my Life”.
IMHO, “People First Design” can cover more human-centric values, many of which are intangible but vital to developing an optimal workplace.
Some examples are as follows:
Employees should be able to wake up in the morning and be excited about going to work because their organization is a purpose-driven organization that’s transforming the world for greater and more sustainable good.
They don’t have to travel to the office as a “must”, but that they can work anywhere, including home and still be able to contribute to the growth of their organization.
All their colleagues are helping each other to enhance happiness level and overall well-being in the process of learning and improving so as to achieve meaningful, fulfilling and impactful work.
Technology is not a threat but a tool to help achieve ever-improving results that make the office and the world at large a better place.
Love is at the core of their organizational model and operating system.Go4It!
I hope this message will find a place in your heart.
By the way, I have also recorded other reflections.
