Many futurists have encouraged all of us to become T-shaped professionals.

1. Intra-mobile professionals

You have deep skills to take on different jobs and functions in your organization, and

2. Inter-Mobile professionals

You have the knowledge, skills and attitudes to work in other jobs and functions in other organizations.

I’ll add one more quality.

3. Meta-Mobile professionals

You have the capacity and capability to develop any knowledge, attitude, skill and habit (KASH) to create and lead your own organization.

You then become a pi (π)-shaped professional.
