To be an effective leader, be mindful that your job is to be a servant to the others.

If you don’t have a heart to love and serve others, you do not qualify and deserve to be a leader.

Therefore, make it a point to find out the vision, needs and concerns of your team members.

Look after their best interests, and reach out to bring out the best from them.

Help them achieve worthwhile outcomes and make them feel that they did it on their own.

Inspire them to believe that they can continue to pursue a higher level of achievement even in your absence.

When you have a track record of helping others to succeed, soon you don’t have to chase for success.

Success will chase after you.
