Cloud Technology

As the first real estate agency to migrate to the Cloud, it has transformed HSR’s business model. It has leapfrogged us forward to be a game changer.

Cloud technology has empowered us to move from being a real estate-centric to a customer-centric company, from a transaction-based to a solution-based organisation, and from a labour-driven to a knowledge-driven business.

We encourage our partners to adopt this technology to enhance compliance to the Estate Agents Act 2010. It also helps us to be able to communicate, collaborate and co-create new services and value-additions.

We are, however, mindful that the Cloud may not increase our competitive edge. It is how we leverage on it that gives us an edge in the market. In this regard, we are developing new contents, tools, and other resources to help us improve our profit, advantage and growth.
