Formal Education Throughout A Lifetime?

The world is changing at a faster pace than at any point in history.

What works in the past may not work in the future.

I’m suggesting that everybody above 40 years of age should go back to “school” on a part-time or full-time basis to redesign, re-skill, and retool themselves.

They should repeat a similar process every decade of their lives to learn, unlearn and relearn their base of knowledge and expertise in order to stay relevant and productive.
