I’m happy my company became the first company to win three international awards, including ‘The Best Real Estate Agency’ Award.

In total, we have helped to win 34 awards, making us arguably the most awarded company in our industry.

Many people asked me, “Why do you do enter the competitions?”

It takes time, money and effort to participate in such events. And it can be very scary and embarrassing to be examined by expert judges, many of whom are from all over the world.

My take is simple, “If I want to build a world-class company, I need to subject ourselves to vigorous evaluation and comparison.

“I need to learn from world-class companies in order to achieve the same standards of professionalism, quality, service and results.”

Improvement is the breath of achievers.

Only by benchmarking with others and improving can we deliver better values to our customers and other stakeholders.
