It’s Time To Look After Your Health.

Health Is Life.

To be fully alive is to be healthy.

Without good health, you cannot have a good life.

Enjoy a productive life and have an adequate level of fitness, vitality and energy to lead and serve the people and community around you.

As the saying goes, many people never appreciate good health until they come face to face with sicknesses.

When they are down with disease and ill-health, they will start to regret that they did not do more to live a healthy life.

Good health is not just about physical health.

It is more than just about not being sick or having less sicknesses.

Good health also includes emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental health.

It is about having the fitness, energy, and vitality to achieve worthwhile goals.

Any of these dimensions can affect your overall well being, performance, and contribution.

You are increasingly facing greater challenges and stresses in a fast-moving world.

Handle more complex situations even as you are facing a more sophisticated and polarised community with a variety of different needs and demands.

You need good health to fulfill your obligations to your families, colleagues and friends.

In the final analysis, you are the primary cause of ill-health.

You are also the ultimate starting point of cure for your negative conditions.

You should be responsible for looking after your health, managing your stress levels, and seeking wise counsel when you become vulnerable to unhealthy challenges.

There is no other place that you can ever be than in your body.

Living a healthy life is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and to be able to achieve stable, secure and sustainable contributions.

The best medicines are well within your reach. They can be easily applied In your life.

They include having a worthwhile vision, healthy food, being grateful, proper rest and recreation, fresh air, clean water, sufficient exercise, laughter and cheerfulness, adequate sunshine, and positive activities.

The best time to start living a healthy life is “Now.”
