Leadership Wisdom

Since 1980, we have pursued leadership wisdom and endeavored to impart them in a series of stay – in bootcamps. These concepts represent the aspiration of our company, the application of which has helped us overcome many a challenge.

For example,

‘All great enterprises depend on great leadership and teamwork.’

‘The quality of the organisation depends on the quality of leadership.’

‘Sustainability of the business depends on a ‘leader build leaders…’ model.

 

An effective leader should go on building more and better quality of leaders and help them to continue to build further waves of leadership until the cycle takes on a life of its own.’

‘Before leading others, I must lead myself through a continuous process of learning, un-learning and relearning.’

‘If I don’t have a heart to love and serve my people, I don’t qualify and deserve to be a leader.’

‘For a win-win relationship to work, I must help the other party to win before I can win.’

‘The best life is a life lived for others. When I reach out to bless others, I live my best life.’
