My edited letter to The Straits Times on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 about minimum wage.

I’m not quite happy to see that positions of all the letters are against a minimum way policy.

The editors should take a more proactive approach to seek different opinions so that we can encourage more discussions, distill better ideas, and generate stronger outcomes.

In doing so, we catalyze more bottom-up and peer-to-peer initiatives, strengthen sociopolitical maturity, and improve our democratic system.
