Please Don’t Stop Learning.

As part of my quest to be an effective trainer, I attended and completed six assessments for the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment ( ACTA) course.

The ACTA course is conducted by the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute within the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

IAL and ACTA are part of many national initiatives to improve quality and standards of adult educators, re-skill and up-skill the workforce, and enhance innovative practices in Continuing Education and Training (CET).

After attending the ACTA course, my pride and joy as a Singaporean have gone up many notches.

There are not many countries that have taken a more comprehensive, coordinated and concerted effort to promote lifelong learning.

By doing so, Singapore is in a better position and better prepared to progress and succeed in the fourth industrial revolution.

Please keep learning, and enjoy your learning journey.
