Protect Your Brain

by Patrick Liew on January 8, 2015

The brain is the gateway to your body, soul, and spirit. It is liken to a central processing unit that shapes and drives your attitude, character, and behavior.

It is also a beautifully-created garden. Therefore, do not allow any weeds to take roots and grow in it.

Protect it from anything planted by yourself or others that hold you back from improving your thinking process and firing up your creativity. Once bad seeds are sown in your brain, they can influence other areas of your life and retard your well being and growth.

Like a well-kept garden, you have to plan for it. Grow the right plants. Nourish it until it can be a beauty and a blessing to others and the environment.

I hope this message will find a place in your heart.

By the way, I have also recorded other reflections.
