To survive in the disruptive future, the world needs you to discharge the following roles at an appropriate time:

1. Champion

Champion knows how to lead and manage people and projects.

2. Creator

Creator knows how to produce and deliver offerings that are relevant, useful and beneficial to the people or the environment around you.

3. Connector and Collaborator

Connector and Collaborator know how to connect and communicate with others to co-create solutions, and turn plans into realities.

4. Coder

Coder who is literate about computational and programming knowledge and skills so as to resolve problems and offer solutions in an increasingly digital and online world.

5. Craftsman

Craftsman knows how to develop beautiful designs and aesthetics that will be able to draw attention, appeal to targeted audience, and touch both hearts and minds.

6. Communicator

Communicator knows how to persuade others to accept and agree with your point of view, and influence them to appreciate and support your message and other offerings.

7. Counsellor

Counsellor knows how to provide appropriate advice, consultancy, training, coaching, guidance, and other professional services to help others keep up with the times and improve their cutting edge.

8. Controller

Controller knows how to ensure that administration and operations are properly regulated, managed and controlled for the greater good of humanity.

For example, robots, drones, Internet-of Things, Artificial Intelligence, virtual and augmented technology, edge computing, and other forms of automated technology need to be properly managed to serve us.

9. Conqueror

Conqueror knows how to persevere, overcome problems, bounce back from failures, and press on to achieve desired results.

10. The compassionate

The compassionate knows how to reach out to and care for others.

Offers love, kindness and graciousness to others, and especially to the last, the least, the lonely, and the lost.
