Losing A ‘Friend’

I think I have lost a dear ‘friend’ that has been with me for almost 20 years – my pen.

If my pen can speak, this is what it will probably say, “Patrick, when you were young, you were taught the power of words.

“Words from a human’s mouth and on paper can change the world for good.

“I’m glad, for the past 20 years, we have tried to use the written words to inspire and encourage others.

“My wish is that many more pens can be used for the same purpose.”

Since writing the Note, I have found my pen. Welcome back, my not-so-prodigal pen.
